Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Drovel operational intelligence platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Customer") and Drovel Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Drovel," "we," "us," or "our").

Service Description

Drovel provides a cloud-based operational intelligence platform designed for manufacturing facilities, including:

Real-time machine monitoring
Production tracking and OEE calculation
Downtime analysis (MTTR/MTBF)
Maintenance management
Automated shift handover reports
WhatsApp/SMS alert notifications

User Responsibilities

You Must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Ensure only authorized personnel access the platform
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes

You Must Not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the platform
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access

Subscription and Payment

Billing Terms

  • 1Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan
  • 2Payment is due at the beginning of each billing period
  • 3Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • 4Refunds are provided only as specified in our refund policy

Data Ownership and Usage

Your Data Belongs to You: All production data, machine logs, and operational information you input into the Drovel platform remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Our Rights: We have the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for improving our services, conducting research, and generating industry benchmarks. Individual customer data is never shared without explicit consent.

Service Availability

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive for 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Maintenance windows will be announced 48 hours in advance.

We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet service providers, natural disasters, or third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Drovel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for production losses or operational decisions made based on platform data
  • You are responsible for validating critical production data independently

Termination

You May:

  • • Cancel your subscription anytime with 30 days notice
  • • Export your data before termination
  • • Continue accessing data during notice period

We May:

  • • Suspend access for non-payment after 15 days
  • • Terminate immediately for Terms violations
  • • Delete data 90 days after account closure

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
